Is it tough to study PhD in Clinical Medicine for MBBS candidate?


Dear Friends,
I am doing MBBS and looking forward to do Post Graduation in Clinical Medicine. I know its very tough but I have more plan. Actually I have a desire to do PhD course. So, I want to know PhD in Clinical Medicine can be tough for study?
