What can one do after one completing PhD through CSIR NET exam?


Hi,
this is sam. i want to give this year's CSIR NET exam in life sciences. however my question is- after i get admission and complete 5 years of Junior and senior research fellowship(since maximum limit is 5 years), what are my options after that? please note that i am not interested in lecturership

If you are not interested in lectureship then there is only one option which is research and development. Many pharma and biotech companies recruit candidates like you for R&D department.
You can also apply for various scientists post at various government research institutes if you meet the eligibility criteria.
