The course structure of Ph.D in ( Human Resource) course at Amity University involves the leadership, and communication, personnel practices, and Relations, legal systems, labor relations, and regulatory practices.

Theories of leadership, Ethics, Sociology of Education, Human resource management, Adult learning motivation, Cross-cultural Management.
