I AM WORKING AS A TEACHER IN A DEGREE COLLEGE. i WANT TO KNOW THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATION FOR PURSUING PHD IN HINDI THROUGH DISTANCE EDUCATION.ALSO PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE PROCEDURE FOR GETTING ADMISSION, FEES,SYLLABUS, STUDY CENTERS, ETC. ALSO PLEASE SEND THE LIST OF UNIVERSITIES OFFERING PHD. THROUGH DISTANCE LEARNING.

You must have Master's Degree with 55% marks to become eligible for a Ph.D program from a recognized University. Admission in most of the Ph.D program is based on an entrance exam conducted by the University. Those who have M.Phil qualification are exempted from entrance exam. If you have qualified exams like NET/SLET then also you can apply for admission in a Ph.D program without appearing for an entrance exam.

I have first degree in sociology with psychology from university of Ghana and MA degree in NGO Management and Rural Development from the University of Development Studies also in Ghana which of the courses in Development can i enroll for my Phd
