What is the total fee structure for doing Ph.D course? Does it vary college to college? or it's the same in all the colleges? Can you please provide me the approx. value for the fees which we would spend for completing the Ph.D course? Thanks!

Yes, fee vary from one university to another and if you can get admission in a Government specially central one then your fee will be quite low compared to a private university. Also, if you can get fellowships then it will lower your burden during studies. You must try to clear exams like NET/SLET/JRF/GATE if you want to spend very less for your Ph.D studies. Also, these scores will help you in getting fellowships according to government rules.

The fee also depends on the kind of stream in which you want admission. In case of science and technology field you have to pay more fee compare to theoretical subjects. Practical subjects require a lot of lab work which will be increase your cost of education.
