Dear Sir, I am Reshmika doing B.Sc.microbiology first year. Am I eligible for GATE or else I have to do my MSc in Singapore (NUS). Is it possible. I am clear that I want job in abroad. Please guide me.

Completion of B.Sc in Microbiology, you are not eligible for GATE exam.

GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering.

If you have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or Architecture/Design or its equivalent or masters degree in science department then are eligible for GATE exam. You can apply any number of time. There is no age criteria but your minimum age must be above 18 years.

I am sorry to say that after completion of your B.Sc(microbiology), you cannot appear fr GATE examination as the minimum eligibility criteria in order to be eligible for GATE examination is that the candidate should have completed B.Tech/B.Arch degree, etc. from a recognized university.

I am sorry to say that you will not be eligible to appear for the GATE examination after the completion of B.Sc in Microbiology.
Candidates those who have completed their Graduation in Engineering/Technology or Architecture or done Masters in Science department from a recognised University are only eligible for the GATE examination.

You have to complete the master degree to enable yourself for GATE. Then only qualifying GATE will not enable you to get a job at Abroad you have to take GRE / TOFFEL like examination.

I am studying m.sc microbiology first year, I submitted and paid for the gate application but it shows that I have to rectify defects, even though I corrected twice, I can understand

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology,and Diploma in Engineering.
So, Master's degree in any branch of Science then you are eligible for GATE .

I am msc. Microbiologist am i allowed to give gate exams?
