If you have applied for GRE, you should get a conformation mail within few minutes. You will get a conformation mail, only when the payment is received by GRE test center. So, try to check whether there are any deductions in your bank account balance. That's because sometimes their online payment method will not accept fee, even if you have made it. If there are any deductions then you can be sure that they have received the payment.
