Can I apply for masters in USA with a second class bachelors degree?
I joined engineering in 2012 , due to my backlogs I couldn't graduate in 2016(course duration is 2012-16). It took me another year to clear all my backlogs , now I have my bachelors degree. Can I apply for masters in USA even after taking 5 1/2 years to complete a 4 year course ?

Yes ,Many universities accept second class bachelor's degree.In some cases you may be able to apply for a Master's without a degree.
