If you have passed 10+2 with arts and want to get admission in medical stream then it is not possible. You have to pass 10+2 with medical stream to become eligible for any medical course. Also, you can change your stream if you are studying in class 12th. You have to again take admission in 11th to become eligible for that stream.

No, I am sorry to say that you cannot change from Arts stream to Medical stream as there is no provision for it. had it been the opposite way round, you could have easily opted for it, but in your case it is very much not possible.
