Admission Procedure for M.A Courses in Lucknow University

Candidates having completed graduation in any stream can apply for M.A in Lucknow University. A minimum of 45% marks is required to participate in the admission process. Reserved category candidates need to have 40% marks only. Admission is solely based on the marks obtained in qualifying examination.

Other than the common rule mentioned above, candidates seeking admission to M.A in Mathematics/ Statistics must have completed their graduation in the concerned subject. Those who have studied Mathematics/ Statistics as a subject in graduation are also eligible.

Out of the total seats available in each discipline, 80% of the seats are reserved for candidates who have completed graduation from the University itself.
