Can I do MA Music(Vocal) without wasting time in BA?


I am doing general bsc. And now I want to pursue music line. So can I do MA music in vocal without wasting my 3 years in BA. ?

No, you are not eligible for M.A Music after B.Sc course. The candidate must have completed their bachelor degree in Music to be eligible for M.A in Music.

Eligibility Criteria for M.A in Arts:-
  • You must be a graduate in music from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum required percentage is 50% and relaxation will be applicable for reserved category students.
  • Direct admission will be given to candidates after graduation.

College Offering MA Music :-
  • Vishva Bharati University, santiniketan
