Can I do post graduation in Pediatrics (child specialist) after completing BUMS Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery?
Can I do Post Graduate in Pediatrics after completing BUMS? What will be the career and scope of this specialization? Whether doing Post Graduation in Pediatrics and MBBS are equivalent? Please get back to me soon as possible. Thanks!

Sorry, it is not possible to study the MD in Pediatrics after completion of BUMS course. Eligibility to study the MD in Pediatrics is a pass in MBBS degree from a recognized university and candidates should have registered permanently with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or any other State Medical Councils. Candidates after completion of the MD in Pediatrics course can work in various government and private hospitals. Duration of the MD in Pediatrics course is three years. Admission to the MD in Pediatrics is done through rank obtained in the NEET. |
