M.sc Microbiology is a post graduate course and this is a 3 years duration course. After completion of this course there are many opportunities. If you have interest in working in government sector then you can apply for Bank jobs through IBPS exam or apply for civil services, defence services, railways through UPSC (Union Public Service Commission).
