Is it difficult to join UN or growing in social field being an MSW holder of an Open University?

Hi everyone, I have completed my MSW course from an open university. Will MSW from open university be a hurdle in my growth of social field like getting into UN? Since I have not done it from a recognized full time college like TISS?
