I want to pursue LLM in India....How do I prepare for the CLAT exam and is it a good option to choose LLM in india rather than abroad? |

Common Law Admission Test(CLAT) examination is conducted by the National Law universities to the students who want to pursue the Law courses.
ELIGIBILITY : * A candidate should have passed 10+2 examination with at least of 50% marks aggregate. DURATION : 2 Hrs. Total marks : 200 marks for 200 questions. CLAT PREPARATION : * For preparing English, Refer the English grammar topics to clear the doubts. * It is good to read Newspapers and magazines in order to get the fluency. * Keep yourself updated with the latest happening in and around the country. * Refer the past question papers to get the idea of the pattern. * For preparing Mathematics, Refer the previous question papers and check the topics which are repeated. First start with them and then move on to other topics. * For the Logical Reasoning, take as many mock test as possible. * Have a time-management strategy in place so that you can attempt each question. BOOKS : * Common Law Admission Test(CLAT) by student Aid publications. * Model question papers for CLAT by A.P Bhardwaj. You may choose LLM in India or abroad depending on their interest. Now a days the decision of Indian Law Students to pursue an LLM tends to be based on whether it will added to their profile and knowledge base in a way that it improves their employment prospects in India. |
