Which jobs will provide me with experience for my future goal as HR manager?


I'm an MBA hr aspirant.... And I wanna earn my fee for myself so that I could no more be dependent on my parents.. So please let me know which jobs will provide me with food experience for my future goal as hr manager?
Will bpo give me such opportunities???
Are there any jobs I could apply for??? Which give me experience as well as exposure for the society...? Please let me know....
