After pursuing M.Com and now working as an HR executive. Is there any course of doing hotel management relating to HR for my growth to learn more and get good job opportunities?

Sorry, there is no such course related to hotel management and HR. These two are different fields. There are various courses available in Hotel Management and HR field separately. You can study MBA in Hotel Management or MBA in HR or PG Diploma in Management or PG Diploma in HR Management or PG Diploma in Hotel Management or Diploma in Hotel Management or MA Human Resource Management etc. You can either study in Hotel Management field or study in HR field. The MBA is the best course in any field. The MBA from a reputed business school will get you a job.

As such there isn't any course which can relate both of them. But management in both subject depends upon the area which you are targeting in future.

For eg: if you are looking for admin stuff in hotel management then you can surely go ahead with MBA-HR and select hotel industries, but on the other hand if you are looking for core hotel management then it's better you go ahead with MBA in hotel management.

As such both are different but final answer depend on how you wana aim your future.
