Can my father complete his CA final of 1990 which he left long time back?
My father whose age is 52, passed ICWA intermediate in 1990 and register himself.He has not passed the finals,can he give the finals exam now or he would have to give the intermediate again?

No, your father can't complete his CA final of 1990 which he left long time back. For every course, there will be minimum and maximum duration. With minimum or within maximum duration, the candidate have to complete the CA course to be eligible to get that degree certificate else, his/ her admission will be cancelled. Since, your father had discontinued his CA Final course 26 years back, he can't continue it again, he need to pursue CA Intermediate again to complete CA final course.
