I want to do a masters degree in animation, please tell me if there is any entrance exam I will have to write for that. Also could you please tell me which is the best collage for this ?

Some colleges give admission to pursuing masters degree in animation on the basis of merit and some colleges give admission on the basis of test.

The applicant must have bachelor's degree from any university.

The rule of admission differs from one university to other. You can get admission directly on the basis of your performance in graduation and there are some colleges which conduct an entrance exam through which admission will be given. The duration of this course is 2 years.
