@ After successful completion of this course, you are having two options and one is to find jobs in the concerned organizations and the other is to pursue higher studies.

@ If you are really interested in Higher Studies, you can pursue M.Phil in Management Studies or else can do PhD in HRM.

@ On the other side, you can apply for some job positions like Employee Relation Manager, Training and Development Manager..etc.,

@ Or else, you can start your own consultancy and hire other more HR's..etc.,
