AAi Post Of manager electronics to apply Previous CTC should be above 11 Lakh?

I m going to apply for RECRUITMENT OF MANAGERS (Electronics) IN AIRPORTS AUTHORITY OF INDIA -ADVERTISEMENT NO 02/2018.In that mentioned Previous employment CTC should be above 11 lakh. i have six years experience in telecom industry, but My salary CTC is not crossed 10 lakh. Is there any relaxation or it is mandatory?
