Advantages and disadvantages of working in Government Hospital over Private Hospital for Nursing graduate?


Hello,
I have completed my B.Sc(Nursing) and working in a Private Hospital. I am planning to get job in Government Hospital. Can you tell me the advantages and disadvantages of doing job in Government Hospital?

Advantages :-

1. Job security is high.
2. Work pressure is less.
3. Work - life balance is high.

Disadvantages -

1. Salary package is usually high in private sector.
2. You can also get abroad opportunities.
