I have above 60% in 10th and 12th std. but I have ch cgpa of 6.5 till sem 5. am I eligible for tcs on campus

For joining TCS candidate must have secured 60% in 10th and 12th.
An aggregate of 60% throughout b.tech.
If one qualifies this minimum criteria , then you are eligible .Don't take Interview lightly.
Showcase your skill set in other areas and avoid lying during interview.
6.5 CGPA is good for placement but 7 is much better .
Its least for some of reputed companies.
You can apply in IT giants, Infosys, cognizant, TCS etc
You can get into TCS with such score.

Eligible Streams from UG/PG: All Engineering Streams.
Percentage Criteria: 60% throughout Academics in X/XII/UG/PG.
Backlog Criteria 1 Active Backlog at the time of appearing for the Exam.

But TCS also want minimum 60% marks in 10th and 12th standard exam.

As per marks criteria, you are not eligible for TCS recruitment.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for TCS is,

TCS= 65%

You should not have any pending backlogs.

Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for TCS recruitment.

Yes, you are eligible for TCS on campus. TCS demands aggregate 60% marks thoroughly from 10 to 10+2 to graduation. However you can apply for off campus application regardless of demanded marks.
