I have completed my btech in june. .I have one backlog in the last year which I have written in november and will be cleared by this april..is there any companies hiring a candidate with one one existing back log.?

As far as my knowledge no company hires a candidate with active backlog and therefore unless you clear your backlog you will not be eligible to sit for hiring process.

Also, by the time your result is declared you should work on your skill as per the job requirement as it will be required by you more to overcome the negative impact an year drop due to your backlog paper. So, just wait for your result being idle.
