Hello Sir,
I have done B.Tech in CSE and looking forward to get job in any MNC. But what I am seeing is, there are lots of newly emerging companies which are offered handsome salary to the Engineering graduates. So, is it beneficial to join such companies and ignore MNC?

Yes, this is very much beneficial for you to get into the startup companies instead of big companies.

In Big companies you won't be having much work to do, all the work will be done by your seniors and you have to do all the documentation work and nothing more than that.

But, in startup companies everything has to be done by you only right from coding to testing and getting the application release to the production.
So, in startup you have the opportunity to learn very much and you can grow to higher position. After 2 years you will have great demand in the market.

Startup companies pays very less salary but the work pressure is very much there as that is the start up companies and it has very less number of resource so, most of the work are done by one resource.

But, in an MNC, there are a large number of resource and work load is being distributed among the resource so, all the resource has a particular amount of task to do.

So, if you want to learn you just go to the startup companies, and if you want to get more salary by doing less work you can prefer MNC. Choice is yours.

New company are good to work because of the following reason:

1. There will be no one to give you pressure.
2. Small team with same age group of employee.
3. Helping nature of the team due to same levels.
4. More flexibility in the job and timing and your status of the work.
5. More chances of recognition, because of small team size.


Problem with big company:

1. More Work Pressure.
2. Manager pressure and strictness.
3. You have to work with he colleague twice of your age.
4. Little bit conservative feeling.
5. No chance of recognition because of large team size.


So, better opt for small company and the startup company.
