Is it beneficial to work as a Telecom Engineer on Off-Role? Can I get in an On-Role after 1 year of experience?

Hi Everyone,
I have completed my B.Tech(ECE) and working in
an MNC company. My field is Telecom Engineer.
But I am in Off-Role base and I go this job through
consultancy. But I don't have any knowledge in Telecommunication.
Is this field is good for me? Through this experience in Telecom job,
can I get any other job related to my stream?
Because I am afraid a lot and I want to know is this field is good or not.
Another question is after one year of experience, can I get transfer in an On-Role.

Yes, field is good for you but you are not directly involved in the job and due to this you are having following disadvantages:

1. You are not getting ore salary.
2. Consultancy will be taking some percentage from your monthly salary.
3. You are not visible to the client.

So, better to get permanent in the companies or leave the current company and try for other company.
This is the option you have with you because your job is not safe till the point you are getting the company work done.
Once the work will finish your contract will too finished.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
