You can seek jobs in various employment areas after completing BSc Honors in Botany.
You can get in to the role of Environment consultants and Plant explorers. Ecologist, Conservationist, etc are other job profiles for deserved candidates. The candidate can also seek jobs in the role of Forester, Nursery manager, and so on. The candidate can search for the job profiles of Taxonomist and Horticulturist. Other professions suited for the candidates are plant biochemist, molecular biologist, plant pathologist, etc. After gaining adequate experience in the related field, they can get in to role of Environmental consultant or Farming consultant.

Do i need to go for a masters program.

Sir, i have completed my 2 from CBSE board with 90% marks. Now I am in a fix to what to do next ? Neither am I interested in engineering or medical as everybody else. I want to do something different from others but can't figure out the path I should pursue. I ain't able to figure out what I am good at or where I can give my best! I know it sounds funny but Pls give your worthy opinion........

HI!
After passing B.Sc Botany you have two option you can do join Job or you can do higer studies.

Some good job after passing B.Sc are:-
> Civil Services
> Indian Forestry Services
> Combined Defence Services
> Bank P.O
> C.B.I
etc

You can do course like:-
> M.Sc
> P.hd
> M.B.A
> B.Ed

In todays world, just having a BSc degree is not really enough especially if you want to make a good career.You can do your masters in Botany,Biotechnology,Biochemistry,Horticulture,Mic robiology etc.
There are various colleges which give you this course based only on your BSc graduation marks.

State level entrances also start from december like

TIFR
JNU
BARODA University

And then you will get better placements in the industry
