If you decided to work in a private bank such as ICICI, HDFC etc then it is well and good. The recruitment of bank official in these private bank is almost same i.e online exam followed by interview.
**After selection of students, he/she undergo a paid training and after successful completion of training he will join the bank as bank officer. For ICICI bank: The application form is free.
