Consolidated salary is the fixed lump sum amount of salary that is paid at the end of every month to the employee. There is no provision for additional allowance like washing allowance, conveyance allowance, canteen allowance etc. in case of consolidated salary.
Generally the consolidated salary is paid to internship candidate or some places it is applicable for fixed term contract basis employees. |
