Can I expect promotion being a Software Engineer Trainee in Dhyan Networks & Technologies?


I have got selected as a Software Engineer Trainee in Dhyan Networks & Technologies. I want to know that I can get any promotion in this company? Please let me know about this immediately.

Yes, you can definitely get promotion from Software Engineer Trainee in Dhyan Networks and Technologies. However, there are two factors which will determine whether you are eligible for promotion or not.

- Your total years of experience
- Your performance

You need to have at least 2 years of experience as Software Engineer trainee to be eligible for promotion.
