Hi friends, I have got an email from IBM, Hyderabad for the Technical Support Associate. I am a BTech graduate and I want to attend an interview. So, I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for attending this interview?

>> Candidates passing out in the year 2020 or 2021 are eligible for this recruitment.

>> You should be able to handle various tasks or else projects with the changing priorities.

>> You should be proficient to make sure that customer issues are resolved in the proper manner.

The eligibility to attend IBM, Hyderabad Technical Support Associate Interview is , candidates must have a graduation degree in BTech from a recognized university.
