Hello everyone, I have heard that IBM, Gurgaon are hiring for Technical Support Associate. I want to attend the interview for this post in IBM, Gurgaon. So, I would like to know about the eligibility criteria to attend this interview. Please tell me asap.

Eligibility to attend IBM, Gurgaon Technical Support Associate Interview;

Aspirant should be a BE/BTech or any technical graduate from any recognized university.

Aspirant should have good communication skills.

Aspirant should have knowledge in standard software applications and major desktop operating systems.

Aspirant having one plus years relevant technical experience are preferred.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. You must have completed your graduation from any recognize university in full time course.

2. IBM is looking for 0 to 2 years of experience candidates in Technical Support role.

3. For experience professional they must have experience to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrable ability to handle various tasks or projects with changing priorities.

4. You must have good knowledge in commercially standard software applications and major desktop operating systems.

Eligibility Criteria:


Graduates.

1+ Years relevant technical experience.

Ability to identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts.

User level familiarity with at least one e-mail client – Outlook, Notes etc.

Questioning skills /probing skills, as relevant to the issue and level of the caller.

Open to work in shifts.

Ability to Identify Opportunity & Implement Process Improvements.

Ability to meet a set of defined account agent productivity measurement
