Dear friend,
Companies like TCS, IBM and Accenture are leading in India. Usually what they ask to appear for the candidates is always vary. It varies from universities to universities.

> Marks criteria lies in between 65% to 70%.
> Study gap should not be more than two. and you should be able to explain the reason behind it.
> They usually have one aptitude round before final interview. IBM has an extra round which is business aptitude.

Sorry
you are not eligible for any of these companies. All of these companies require more than 60% in graduation. Try to improve your percentage in upcoming 3-4 semesters, otherwise you will be in trouble finding good companies in future after completing your college.
