Respected Sir, I am interested to join and become a Java Developer in HCL Technologies Ltd, Noida. For this, I am preparing for the interview. So, I would like to know about the rounds which will come in the interview for this post in HCL Technologies Ltd, Noida?

Selection Process in HCL Technologies Ltd for the role of Java Developer:

1. Technical Interview: They will ask technical questions as per their requirements to verify your technical skill for the require profile. You must be prepare for core Java, J2EE, Java applets related questions in that round.

2. Managerial Interview: After clearing the technical round you have to get appear for Managerial round of interview where they will ask scenario based questions.

3. Client Round of Interview: After clearing the first 2 rounds of interview you have to appear for the client round of interview where someone from Onshore will take your interview over call and you will be asked both technical and scenario based questions in that.

4. HR Discussion: Once you cleared all the above 3 rounds of interview, you will be asked for HR discussion where they will discuss about you annual package and your responsibility.
