As a Network System Administrator you should be able to Monitor the IT Infrastructure for its availability, Capacity, hardware and OS failures. You have to handle 1st level incidents raised by user and you have to provide the resolution within the SLA. You are responsible to support 24*7 for the infrastructure and handle any of the 1st level incidents or problems raise by user. You have to escalated the incidents which is not into your scope timely to the respected next level team. You have to work on daily BAU works like log file monitoring for errors, housekeeping and monitoring activities etc.
