Migration from IT company to core company?


If goes to core company then have any company for providing job to him if any company give job to him then what happened that company count the experience who had do the job or not???

No, the experienced which you have gained in IT sector will not be counted in the core Mechanical Engineering based companies as it no where related to their work which you are going to do but still there will be higher preference given to you than taking in a new fresher.

You may not be able to get more hike after coming out from the IT sector as it won't be counted as the experience. Yes, you will be paid more or less similar to a fresher who is going to join the company.

It is actually good for you to join in core company which will promise you for a better future rather being in a IT sector company which is nowhere related to what you have studied in your college course.

So, never bother much about the salary for first few years when you wanted to join in the core companies. Just take the step now and you will reap a better future for it
