Hello dear

look at the time of placement you should be cleared in all subject or if they are not than wait and clear them in four year degree itself after that you will be able to sit for MNC . a student with semester back will not be allowed in MNC as per their criteria.

good luck

*Best answer is that most of the company Expect NO backlogs for Core company and 75% from 10th,12th and Degree, but some of them accept Maximum 3 backlogs with some condition

*My best advice is that get some Experience in Core company in the contract for 2 to 3 years, then you can easily go with the Help of Experience, but work out more in Field like Erection work

best of luck

hello sumanth

not at all needed in all cases if you're applying for top mnc's you have to worry a bit with your backlogs

some companies keep conditions like you should not have more than one back log in your whole course as you pursuing b.tech

keep in mind that you don't have good percentage so you have to have extra skills like all

the communication skills

and remaining interpersonnel skills

at first you have to work hard to get experience in the market

or else after completing b.tech you have to pursue M.tech

to have better chances in top MNC's

wish you all luck

You need not clear them at the 1st attempt but you have to clear them before last semester.

It entirely depends on your passion towards completion of your backlogs
