Is it possible for the management of Private Limited Company can Force Their 85% Handicap employee to transfer?


Is it possible for the management of Private Limited Company can Force Their 85% Handicap employee to transfer? Is there anything which we can do if these type of things happen? Can someone please let me know the answer on this soon?

There is no any policy which is in the policy list of the company to force their employee. And no company are eligible for such type of act. If they are doing then you can take legal action over the company.

So, it matter when we use the word "force " for the company when they are trying to convince or transfer the employee to other location.

So, if you don't want yourself to be transferred then you can raise some health issue certificate or the family issue legal document.
In this way also you can stop your transfer.

If the company is doing this, you need to check why they are doing such kind of the ACT with their employee.

Is there any genuine reason for the same, or simply they are doing because they wanted to transfer the employee and nothing more than that.

If this is happening with you so, just check with your manager and ask them the reason for this. If you thinks that manager is giving the genuine reason then it is OK, otherwise you can raise complaint against this with your higher authority.
