For ICICI Bank
The ICICI Bank recruit PO officers who wish to start their career in banking sector. Basically the ICICI bank provides a one year training program, conducted at ICICI Manipal Academy, Bengaluru to develop the banking knowledge. This is paid training in which the student has to pay 3.60 lakh approx to the bank. Then after completion of successful training you are selected as PO officer and you are placed at any branch across the country.

Selection Procedure:

--Online Psychometric Assessment
--Case-based Group Discussion (GD)
--Personal Interview (PI)
--Merit List

For Kotak Mahindra Bank
The Kotak Mahindra Bank also recruit the PO officers in the same procedure as that of ICICI bank. The only difference is the change in training center.
