Roles and responsibilities of Associate Technical Support in Tech Mahindra Bangalore as follows :

-Handling the customers who are calling in to upgrade their services.

-Need to upgrade the customers by providing alternate options/solutions.

-Upselling products/additional contract to take care of customer requirements.

-Support for issues and resolve them quickly.
