Please help me to know about the roles and responsibilities for Associate Technical Support allotted by Tech Mahindra Bangalore. I want to become a Associate Technical Support in this company so I want to know about the roles and responsibilities.

Roles and responsibilities of Associate Technical Support in Tech Mahindra Bangalore as follows :

-Handling the customers who are calling in to upgrade their services.

-Need to upgrade the customers by providing alternate options/solutions.

-Upselling products/additional contract to take care of customer requirements.

-Support for issues and resolve them quickly.
