Hi everyone, I have received an email regarding the interview in DXC Technology Bangalore for the post of L1 Technical Support Associate. Can I know about the roles and responsibilities for this particular post in this company?

Roles and responsibilities of L1 Technical Support Associate in DXC Technology Bangalore is as follows.

• Applicant will provide 24X7 support on Service Desk responsibilities.

• Applicant will provide L1/1.5 assistance to the client users over Email & Chat.

• Applicant will work as the first level contact to the users, Resource would be required to work on stringent SLA guidelines.

• Applicant will provide basic level troubleshooting on Windows machines.
