Hi friends, I came to know that Huawei Technologies, Bangalore Software Engineer post for BTech candidates. So, I would like to know about the procedure of selection for this post conducted by Huawei Technologies. Please reply to me asap.

For the position of Software Engineer in Huawei Technologies, Bangalore, candidates are selected on the basis of following rounds:

Round 1 - Written Test (Technical)
Round 2 - 2 Technical Rounds
Round 3 - HR Interview

Candidates have to qualify all the rounds mentioned above to get a position of Software Engineer in Huawei Technologies, Bangalore.

Selection Procedure:

If you are appearing for the interview, you will be undergo few rounds of interview as below:

1. Aptitude Test: You have to clear the online Aptitude test to qualify for the next round.

2. Technical Interview: They will ask technical questions as per their requirements to verify your technical skill for the require profile.

3. Managerial Interview: After clearing the technical round you have to get appear for Managerial round of interview where they will ask scenario based questions.

4. HR Discussion: Once you cleared all the above 3 rounds of interview, you will be asked for HR discussion where they will discuss about you annual package and your responsibility.


Eligibility Criteria:

You should have completed your B.E./ B. Tech / M.Tech (Computer Science/ Information Technology/ ECE) / MCA from any recognized university.

You should have 60% and above marks through out your academic career.

You should not have any year lack in your last course.

You should have capability to learn new technologies quickly.

You should be fine to work in any kind of complex application and leading form the front.
