Virtusa, being a reputed MNC, has it own selection process to select the eligible candidates. At first the candidates have to go through a round of online examination/assessment. Then they have to appear for a round of technical interview. Those who qualifies both the rounds, will have to appear for a personal/HR interview, which will decide their final selection.
