Can anyone of you kindly let me know what is the process for selection in Genpact Limited, Noida for the post of Process Developer? I am interested to attend an interview of this company for this post so I need to know about the selection procedure.

At Genpact, the selection procedure is usually broken down into 3 stages
One round of online evaluation
Technical interview
Behavioural or Human resource round

Selection process consists of
Written exam
Group discussion
Interview
There is no negative marking in exam also there is no sectional time limit.
There is Technical interview as well as HR interview.
GD sessions include simple questions and industry related topics.

The selection procedure for process developer is similar to process associate. However, for process developer you must have experience in relevant stream and you must be a graduate.

There would be total 4 rounds for selection :-

1)HR round
2)Aptitude test
3)Skill test
4)Manager round

You have to qualify for the following stages of the selection process to get selected for this internship.

1) Aptitude Test: You have to clear the online Aptitude test to qualify for the next round.

2) Technical Interview: They will ask technical questions as per their requirements to verify your technical skill for the required profile.

3) HR Discussion: Once you cleared all the above 2 rounds of interview, you will be asked for an HR discussion where they will discuss your annual package and your responsibility.
