If one gets placement in Infosys and is undergoing training when S8 results come and he has 1 or 2 backpapers.

Will the job be forfeited or can he continue his training?

INFOSYS PLACEMENT WITH BACKLOG IN FINAL SEMESTER:

Yes, you can continue the training till it goes on there is no issue on that but then the real problem comes when you get into the company after you complete the college which would be just 1-4 months gap max within this time you need to make sure that you will clear the backlog which you have in your 8th semester. If not your job is at risk.

Make sure that you visit your department HOD or class teacher and talk about this. Ask them what will be the possible way to follow up to clear the backlogs so that you can join the job without any problem. Usually most of the colleges follow supplementary exams which happens just after the main exams, if that's there then apply without any second thought.

The reason you will face problem while joining is that they will ask for your degree completion certificate which you won't get if you have backlogs. So, make sure that you figure out the best possible way to overcome this as soon as possible!
