Selection Procedure:

• Written Test
• Group Discussion
• Technical/HR Interview

Test Pattern:

Written Test includes two parts, technical and non technical.

• Non technical will include questions from,

1. Reasoning and Mental Ability
2. General Knowledge
3. Quantitative Aptitude and Vocabulary.

The maximum time allowed for the test will be 2 hours. There will be no negative marking.

The technical part will be from the subjects of your qualifying degree.

Group Discussion:

The topic for this will be given on the spot only. This round basically tests the communication skills of candidates and their presentation skills.

Technical/HR Interview:

• The interview will be either technical interview or HR interview.
• It is to test the candidate's personality overall knowledge in the field.
• Candidates who qualify the interview are selected for the job.

Preparation Tips:

• Concentrate of News for General Knowledge
• Read English News Papers to improve English
• Practice R S Aggarwal Quantitative Aptitude book for Analytical Ability
• Practice R S Aggarwal Verbal and Non Verbal Reasoning for Reasoning questions
