ABB in India has 14 manufacturing units and it employs more than 6500 employees. The company has a vats presence in the country withy its thirty marketing offices, three logistic warehouses, eight service centers. The company has designated India the hub of South Asian Region.
Selection Procedure
The selection procedure of the company includes a written test followed by an interview. The pattern of the written test is given below:
Paper Pattern
There are four sections in the paper. The first section is Verbal section carrying 20 marks and the time duration is also 20 minutes. The next section is Analytical. This section is of 20 marks and the time allotted for it is 25 minutes. The third section is the Attention to detail Section. Both the marks carried by it and the duration of it are 15 marks and 15 minutes respectively. The last section is the Technical Section. It carries 60 marks and the duration of the section is one hour.
The first three sections are not very difficult but the technical section is pretty tough. Concepts should be very clear to crack this test. The test is held online and there is a provision of sectional cut-off. The shortlisted candidates are intimidated and called to Bengaluru
