Today many more peoples go to work but job is a rare particularly all persons except a government so what is future ?

Choosing your field as a business or job is a personal choice. Some people love jobs and some people hate them. It is not better to be a businessman or an employee as there are benefits and costs to each lifestyle. It comes down to what kind of person you are and what kind of life you want to live.

As an employee, you will have:-

--> A stable salary as long as you are doing the job you can expect to be paid regularly.
--> As an employee, it is much easier to turn off work when you get home, emails can wait until tomorrow and people know the business hours.
--> You may have paid vacation time but other than that there are specific hours of the workweek you are expected to be working.

As a businessman you have:-

--> You choose when you work simply because you are the boss, some people work 60-80 hours a week as they are passionate about the work they are doing and they do not mind it.
--> Business comes with more responsibility, if someone on your team isn't doing their job or a client fails through it will be on you.
--> Ability to make a lot more money very quickly. If your business does well you can start making a lot of money in no time.
--> There will be a lot that you have to do and you will need to either delegate or multitask.
