It depends on the organization for which you are working. There are number of organizations, who will offer you a decent package for same post and lesser package for the other.

It all depends on the company in which you join. Performance in the interview and your professional experience will also count for selection. Business development executive is mostly a starting level job and business consultants are mostly experienced professionals.
