I have already waited for 25 days and still not received offer letter from Tech Mahindra...What to do if Tech Mahindra is delaying Offer Letter?

The hiring manager might have changed their mind, they might have an internal candidate, the budget for the position might have been reduced, etc. It doesn't always mean you are not a qualified*person. Therefore, carry on with your job search as though this opportunity has passed.

According to the reports, the students received these offer letters after several rounds of interviews and a rigorous selection process. "It has been identified that you are not meeting our academic eligibility criteria. Hence your offer stands null and void," one of the emails read.
